Storyline
Follows a group of friends that decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. They make a "wrong turn", getting lost in a storm, and seek shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm and are thankful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some of its former patients still reside there and are not happy about the intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, the college kids must fight to survive the night.

Horrible… just horrible

I made a review for Wrong turn 3 last year and I cannot believe that I
am making one for the 4th one….

The poster appealed to me the most, just because it said Wrong Turn 4.
This is a horrible film and I don't see the point of releasing this at
all… Doesn't the director have any dignity? Doesn't he care about the
money he is losing ???? What's with the cliché plot where a group of
people are stranded in a God-forsaken institution where people die one
by one…

– Why were all the female actress in this film crap at acting??? – Why
did that woman tell the guy not to kill the hillbillies? – Why were
there random Lesbian scenes?? Is that director THAT horny? – What was
with the ending??? Cmon…. a barb wire fence CANNOT cut your damn head
off. Not even an axe can. You'd have to smash the spine so many times
to cut it off….

For me, this whole 'Wrong turn' feel was lost in this film… They
should STOP making sequels and prequels now… come up with something
original… please

I say this once again following up from my last review on the 3rd
movie, now I know why this movie went straight to DVD.
