Trivia:
During his travels in the east, Seppala left some of his animals with Harry Wheeler of Quebec, who began breeding them. All currently American Kennel Club-registered Huskies can trace their ancestry back to this foundation stock.

Goofs:
Audio/visual unsynchronized: After Star says "You crack me up!", he gets bonked on the head by Kaltag. Star then falls down dizzily. Right before he falls down, you hear him say "Whoopee!", but if you look closely, his mouth doesn't move.

Quotes:
Star: [yelling, struggling to be heard over the howling wind] Steele! Maybe we should go back! We're lost!
Steele: [in Star's face] I am not lost!
Star: [stammering] Lost? Did I say lost? You didn't let me finish. See, what I wanted to say...
[Steele cuts him off]
Steele: [looks around, then finally chooses a direction and starts walking] It's... this way! Come on!

User Review

This movie was great, and I cannot see how someone could not like it.

Rating: 10/10

It is only my opinion, but this was probably one of the best animated movies I have ever viewed. I cannot understand why someone could disagree against this movie. Character voicing was superb, full of life and very well constructed. Aniamtion was beautiful, with smooth backgrounds and even up to the little details such as footprints left behind in the snow. The music was probably the best part of all, with the excellent orchestral background, full of dramatic phrases during an intense part of the movie. It especially sounds great when you're supporting surround sound.

This movie was a great movie and people think it was one of the greatest letdowns in the 1990's. In my opinion, it was the greatest animated movie and I would recommend that you should watch it with your family or with a friend. It is a fantastic movie...
